My Neighbor in Need has verified her driver’s license, registration, and insurance. Because she needed gas immediately, we purchased the $30 “gas only” gift card. Now we are asking for help with the cost of the gas card. My Neighbor in Need- UPDATE: SEE BELOW An elderly disabled woman on a low fixed income, is in immediate need of a gently/used or new refrigerator. Her refrigeration suddenly died and cannot be repaired at a viable price and she has no way to refrigerate her food. Our friends at Whites Appliance, have a large, newer, gently used fridge with a warranty at a discounted price of $600 and that price included delivering it and hauling away her broken fridge. The elderly woman scraped together $300 towards the cost of the new refrigeration but she needs help with the balance of $300.00. You are not required to provide all of the needed amount rather just tell us how much you wish to contribute. UPDATE: WE NOW HAVE $140 DONATED TOWARDS THIS NEED, SO WE ARE LOOKING FOR HELP WITH THE BALANCE OF $160.
