My Neighbor in Need- Hard working, running low on funds is in need of a $30 gas card to get back and forth to work. We verified his driver's license, car registration and insurance. Because it was needed immediately, we provided him with a $30 "Gas Only" gift card so he can get back and forth to work. Now we are asking help with the cost of the gas card. My Neighbor in Need - Family in Immediate Need - Hardworking Couple - both working but for low wages, with three young children, are in immediate need of gas. Although they work, they are between paychecks and are out of gas. We verified their license, car registration and insurance. Because they were on "E" and they would not be able to get home, My Neighbor in Need provided a $30 "Gas Only" gift card, now we are asking for help to reimburse My Neighbor in Need so we can buy another gas card and have it ready for the next immediate gas need. He filed for disability and is waiting to be approved but his limited resources have run out and he simply cannot walk to see his doctor. My Neighbor in Need - UPDATE SEE BELOW: Caring individual with some disabilities and living on less than $1,000 per month, is in great need getting car her repaired. It is her only transportation and without it she cannot get to her needed doctor's appointments. Carnahan's Auto Repair is able to make the repairs for a discounted price of $748 and the neighbor in need was able to scrape together $300 towards the bill. However, she simply cannot afford the balance of $438. UPDATE: A kind donor wanted to help with this need and provided what he/she could give - which was $10. Thank you to the donor! UPDATE - Another kind person made a donation of $100 and then one of our regular Good Deed Doers contributed $228,,, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Now we only need $100 and her need can get fulfilled. If you can help, you will be asked to make a donation of any amount up to $100 and we will get her car repaired. You are not required to pay all of the needed amount. Just tell us how much you wish to contribute and once we have the needed $438, we can get her car repaired. My Neighbor in Need- Grandmother, who was working, had to take time off as she prepares to receive and take care of three grandchildren, is in immediate need of gas to get her granddaughter to Dr appointment. Her car is on "E" and she will not receive any financial support until the first of the month. My Neighbor in Need verified her Driver's License, Car Registration and Insurance. Because we deemed this an immediate need, we provided her with a $30 gas card. Now we are asking for help from our community to reimburse My Neighbor in Need the cost of the gas card so we can be ready to help fulfill the next person who comes in with an immediate need request.
