My Neighbor in Need - Hard working man is working at a new job and is in need of a bus pass as it is too far to walk in the snow. A bus pass costs $30 from the Great Falls Transit District. Neighbor in Need- UPDATE- SEE BELOW Middle-aged, unemployed woman with no family in town has suffered a devastating injury and will be unable to recover for several weeks or longer. She is in immediate need of food but she cannot get to the store and does not know anyone in town who can help. We were able to verify her medical issues and due to her situation, we deemed this an immediate need! We went to the grocery store and purchased enough staples to get her through a couple of weeks and have pledged to provide her with another two-weeks worth of food on February 1st. We are now asking for our caring community to help us by reimbursing us the cost of the needed food. UPDATE: WE HAVE RECEIVED A DONATION OF $50 LEAVING A BALANCE OF $59.16. If you can help you are asked to make a donation of any amount up to $50.19. You are not required to provide all of the needed amount. Rather, just tell us how much you wish to contribute. Neighbor in Need - Disabled, older couple living on a very low fixed income and both with medical issues, are moving into a low income assisted living building. They are in need of a small/dorm size fridge for their room as they need to keep their medicine cold and close at hand. We deemed this an immediate need request and therefore we purchased a new, small/dorm size fridge and delivered it to them. Now we are asking for help to reimburse My Neighbor in Need the cost of the fridge. If you can help, you are asked to make a donation of any amount up to $109. My Neighbor in Need- Homeless man, with very little income, is in need of a gas card to get to and from from Dr appointments. We verified his drivers license, registration, and insurance. Because it was needed immediately, we provided him with a $30 "Gas Only" gift card so he can get back and forth to his appointments. We are asking help with the cost of the gas card. My Neighbor in Need- Disabled man, with metal issues, is in need of a New Full Bed System (mattress and box spring). Currently just moved into apartment and is sleeping on hard floor. We called local non-profit organizations and no one has the Full Bed System. Conlin's Furniture can provide a new Full-Size Bed System for a discounted price of $210. You are not required to provide all of the needed amount. Rather, just tell us how much you wish to donate.
